Lucky Duck Insulation started with one simple goal: to help Florida homeowners save money cooling their homes. We're a family-owned insulation company specializing in the installation and removal of attic, blown-in, and garage door insulation.
We named the company Lucky Duck because every Florida home deserves a little luck on its power bill, and the duck is one of nature's best insulation experts! The name is fun, but the work is serious: clean attic assessments, honest recommendations, and insulation installed to the right depth.
In our part of the world, when insulation is thin, settled, or aging, the AC fights a battle it can't win, and your wallet pays for it. Our job is to fix the part of the house that no one ever shows you: the attic and the building envelope. The places where dollars quietly leak out of the roof.
We do this for our friends, our neighbors, and our own families. We're a small, focused crew, not a national chain, and that means when you call us, you get someone who knows your zip code, your weather, and the difference between a 1980s ranch and a 2020s new build.
Lucky Duck Insulation is locally owned by Jeff Manning and Josh Drew. We started the company to help Sarasota and Manatee County homeowners solve one of Florida's most common home problems: hot rooms, overworked AC systems, and attic insulation that is thin, damaged, or outdated.
