From the historic district to the new builds in east Manatee.
Bradenton runs from the historic district just south of the Manatee River, through neighborhoods like Riverview Boulevard, Wares Creek, and Cortez Road, out to the rapidly-growing east-county areas near State Road 64 and I-75. The mix of construction eras (1940s bungalows, 1970s ranches, and 2010s+ new builds) means every home has a different insulation story. We know all of them.

Bradenton's older neighborhoods (Riverview Boulevard, the historic district) often have under-insulated attics, typical R-11 to R-19 from original construction. The east-Manatee new builds usually have builder-grade R-30 batts that haven't aged well, especially where workers compressed insulation around HVAC equipment. Both situations leave significant room for upgrade.

Our second floor used to be 8 degrees warmer than the first. Now they're even. They helped us sort out available rebates too.”Janelle S. Bradenton, FL

No. We work entirely from the attic, and the blown-in installation has no impact on plaster ceilings below. We protect the attic access with drop cloths and any insulation removal uses a truck-mounted HEPA vacuum so nothing comes through the living space.
