Coastal homes, mid-century classics, and new builds. All in one small town.
Osprey is a small town between Sarasota and Venice, with a wide mix of mid-century mainland homes, coastal properties along Casey Key Road, and a sprinkling of newer builds and gated communities. The work varies by neighborhood: coastal homes need assemblies that respect salt air and humidity, mid-century mainland homes usually see blown-in upgrades after sealing, and new builds get the topping-up-to-R-38 treatment that fixes builder-grade installs.

Coastal Osprey homes (Casey Key) face salt air and humidity similar to Anna Maria, so we take extra care with attic design and materials. Mainland mid-century homes typically have under-insulated attics from the 1960s through 1980s. Newer Oaks Bayside and Park Trace builds have builder-grade insulation worth upgrading.
